නොවැම්බර් මස 15-17 දක්වා කොළඹදී පැවැත්වෙන 2013 පොදු රාජ්‍ය මණ්ඩලීය රාජ්‍ය නායක සමුළුව සඳහා සත්කාරක රට ලෙස ශ්‍රී ලංකාව කටයුතු කරයි. මෙම අවස්ථාව ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට ලැබුනේ පළමු වතාවට වන අතර ආසියානු රටක් පොදු රාජ්‍ය මණ්ඩලීය සමුළුවක සත්කාරකත්වය දරන්නේ බොහෝ කාලයකට පසුව වීම ද විශේෂත්වයකි. ශ්‍රී ලාංකිකයන් ලෙස අප මහත් සතුටට හා ආඩම්බරයට පත් විය යුතු අවස්ථාවක් වන මෙම සමුළුව වෙනුවෙන් "දුරකථන" වෙතින් රටට පිදෙන අනගි තිළිණයක් ලෙසින් මෙම ඇන්ඩ්‍රොයිඩ් යෙදවුම් මෘදුකාංගය ඔබට ඉදිරිපත් කරන බව දන්වන්නේ මහත් අභිමානයෙනි.‍මෙම app එකෙහි පොදුරාජ්‍ය මණ්ඩලීය රාජ්‍ය නායක සමුළුව ගැන සියළු විස්තර අඩංගු කර ඇති අතර පොදු රාජ්‍ය මණ්ඩලීය රාජ්‍ය නායක සමුළුව වෙනුවෙන් මෙවැනි ඇන්ඩ්‍රොයිඩ් මෘදුකාංගයක් නිකුත් වන්නේ ඉතිහාසයේ පළමු වතාවට වීම සුවිශේෂී කාරණයකි.
