Assign tasks to your partners or employees and monitor progress in real time

How does "The Assign Tasks":

You draw up a list of tasks (tasks, orders, assign, mission, target, deliveries, job, etc.) and assign them a deadline. Distribute them among partners or employees and monitors the execution in real time.

The execution process can be observed when changing the statuses:

Not started -> In progress -> Is done

Also the task can be paused and canceled

Status: "Is paused" and "Is canceled" accordingly.

Each participant can independently add partners or employees and, for example, delegate tasks assigned to him further, breaking them into their tasks.

Partner, deadline and status can filter tasks. In addition, list can filter by the inside text of tasks.

Tasks can be sort by alphabet, employee, status, deadline, time of receipt and status change. You can sort in direct and reverse order.

- All data is synchronized with the server and stored there. Access to data is provided through devices with a Google account. The number of devices is not limited.

- All data is synchronized between your devices and devices of partners in real time, if there is Internet, when there is no network, the update will take place at the first connection.

- About changes in the tasks come message.

- As the deadline approaches, the color of the deadline changes from black through green to red.

- You can view the date enter, date last edit, the date of delivery and reading, as well as the date of the last status change and by whom it was changed.

- Partners can leave comments.
