This is first time students of 10th and 12th standard shall be facing boardexams amidst COVID. None of them have attended classroom teaching for last one year.When the actual state board exam for 10th and 12th standardapproach in April/May 2021, their anxiety shall definitely increase manifold. Hence as a facilitating measure a mobile app has been created which shall serve as a helpline to students of State board students of 10th and 12th , It’s a generic app. It is being launched initially in Nagpur district. There shall be ateam of experts from education department who shall also attend/reply to online submitted queries by students in a particular time line.

The FAQs shall have static content for Xth students, XII students separately, it contains list of standard questions with answers. It is also having exam time table with download option. Plus it also having details of important official websites.

As board exam is likely to be conducted in extreme summer, there is guidelines on preventivesummer care and precautions along with covidcare related guidelines.

Latest news on exams is also be part of feature.

It is also having an interface for students to ask query. They can ask any specific question in category General/Exam/Covid. This shall be attended by expert team from education department. App also fully provides regional language support of Marathi

Functionality: To provide helpline/assistance on exam related matters through mobile to students appearing in upcoming board exams.

1. Following are the static contents : Time table of Exam, Important websites, FAQs, Latest news, student advisories issued time to time,SOPs, privacy policy,student declaration and disclaimer.

2. Following are the dynamic content :

• Student query and reply from experts of education department.

• One time registration of mobile number,Student Name,school, Standard

• FAQs would be updated frequently in backend as per need

Impact/Objectives:

• An accessible single point Platform for emotional wellbeing and Reduction of stress in students during exams.

• A platform for student to post queries related to board exam during covid times

• Higher reach as most students have access to mobile due to online learning mode.

• One stop source of information on all board exam related matter on mobile platform

• Reduction of crowding and queries in schools/ junior colleges which is required for social distancing in covid times
