On-Sight lets your Specialist see what you see, to help you solve technical problems fast. Use your phone's camera to show your Specialist what's happening on-site, then get step-by-step instructions on how to resolve.

Instructions:

1) Click the dedicated link on your Specialist's web page or support portal.

2) Run On-Sight, then click Start Session

3) Tap your screen to share images and get remote assistance

End your session any time by pressing the Back button.

This app lets you reach out to your PC Specialist to receive technical support.
