A remote signing solution that enables enterprises to create hosted remote signing services for their employees and customers, allowing them to sign and seal documents through a signing application and a remote hosted digital certificates. The solution allows signing of multiple PDF and XML documents at once. It is fully compliant with the EU security standards and regulations for PDF (PAdES), XML (XAdES) and CMS (CAdES) standards for digital signing.
Two-Factor Authentication is embedded for increased security. The digital signing key is securely hosted on a secure remote environment, protected by an HSM (Hardware Security Module) device and accessible on any remote device.
This solution allows users full control of their profiles and the document signing process. The users can choose a location of a visible signature picture while signing a PDF document. They can choose whether to add a timestamp or not, which devices will be used for multi-factor authorization and many more flexible digital signing features.
