Löyly Nordic Spa is dedicated to making the benefits of deliberate cold and heat exposure accessible to all. By eliminating barriers and excuses, we empower individuals to prioritize their well-being and incorporate regular cold plunges and saunas into their lifestyles.

"Löyly" is the cloud of steam from the water poured on the coals of traditional Finnish saunas. It is also referred to as the soul. The transformation of mind, body, and soul is our aim in conjunction with the transformation of water—from liquid to steam in the sauna and from solid to liquid in the cold plunge. All are needed to push the body and mind to transform.
