Make each session short and sweet or stack up sessions in 10 minute increments. Access the studio for coach led group sessions or on your own for solo sessions. A personalized INFINITY plan is created for each member every 90 days so using your unique outputs, psychology, lifestyle preferences and goals. We keep it simple so you know what to do and when to do it. Get ready for a sustainable approach to wellbeing, 10 minutes at a time.
