Holy Angels' Jr. College is managed by the Trinity Educational Trust which is a registered charitable Trust. The main objective of the Trust is to cater to the educational, cultural and social needs of the people living in and around Dombivli.

The Managing Committee of the institution comprises of eminent educationists with more than three decades of experience in the field. They continue to put in the best of their efforts in the pursuit of academic excellence and in the process taking the school to soaring heights.

Established in 2003 and one of the premier institutions of Dombivli, Holy Angels School has carved a niche for itself in the world of education. Situated at Nandivli, in an area of scenic beauty amidst lush green trees, the school provides the ideal atmosphere for study and play. With spacious classrooms, modern facilities, a large playground etc. the institution ensures that a student gets the best.

With Science and Commerce Faculties, Information Technology is available as an Optional Subject.
