The Condo Violations mobile app augments the functionality of Yardi Condo, Co-op, and HOA with the ability to access and enter violation data from a smartphone or tablet without using the full Yardi Voyager™ browser client. Using the Condo Violations app requires access to a Yardi Voyager™ browser client configured for condo management.

• Completed violations can be uploaded to Yardi Voyager™

• Condo Violations can operate in areas without a cellular or wireless connection

• Condo Violations will allow data synchronization once the connection is reestablished

• Violations can be created directly from Condo Violations while out in the field
