CI FormFiller SPR A NW

CI VoteKad stores the voter particulars electronically. To bridge it with the existing voter registration procedure, we provide CI FormFiller SPR A NW free of charge.

CI FormFiller SPR A NW takes an exported database of CI VoteKad, and generates a PDF file with voter particulars placed at the correct positions. The file is meant to be printed on SPR voter registration Borang A Siri NW.

So, with CI FormFiller SPR A NW, the only thing that a voter needs to write in the registration form is the signature. The same applies to the witness. These virtually eliminate the possibility of committing human errors in voter registration, even without changing a single bit of the existing registration procedure.

If further error elimination is desirable, the CSV file exported by CI VoteKad can be submitted to SPR together with the registration forms. This enables voter registration to be almost completely computerized, while still retaining the existing flow.
