Martial Arts Program:
- 2min x 1min of break.
- 3min x 1min of break.

Anaerobic training programs:
- 20sec x 10 sec of break.
- 30sec x 15 sec of break.
- 45sec x 15 sec of break
Aerobics (Ticks program):
- Clock running with makeing "Rings" every 60 sec or 30 sec or 15 sec.
