We're excited to announce some new features in Trackboard that make it easy for organizations to track attendance, manage payments, and edit class profiles.

Home page -

The home page of Trackboard is a subdomain page for organizations that consists of facilities and services they provide. (Eg: Classes, Slots bookings available)

Circles -

Attendance : The attendance section allows organizations to track attendance for their circles. They can view attendance by day, week, month, or year, and they can also filter by class, instructor, or student. The attendance section includes three different views:

Calendar view : This view shows a day-by-day breakdown of attendance for each circle. You can see which students were present, absent, or late for each class.

List view : This view shows a list of all students in a circle, along with their attendance status for each class. View categorized attendance, including present, absent, and total student attendance count.

Payment : You can view all payments for a particular class, including pending, upcoming, and recent payments. They can also view a breakdown of payments by student.

Profile section: The profile section allows organizations to manage the profile for a particular class. They can edit the class name, description, instructor, and start/end dates. They can also add or remove students from the class.

Stories for org

The Stories for org section of Trackboard allows organizations to share stories about their classes and facilities. This can be a great way to engage & promote their organization.

Profile

The Profile section of Trackboard shows the org profile which includes all payments like pending, upcoming, recent payments also includes User Data card. This includes the organization's name, contact information, website, and social media links. It also includes a breakdown of all payments made to the organization, including pending, upcoming, and recent payments.
