Run Devil Run is an epic horror game about a guy who is accidentally lost in an abandoned Psychiatric hospital and tries to find a way out. When he gets into the dark and creepy hospital, he is immediately under intense chasing by unknown devil forces who may used to be the hospital patients undergoing brutal mental treatment cause them to turn into some mutant creatures. These creepy mysterious human-like creatures are everywhere and force the lost guy to avoid or fight them on the way out or else he will die in the most painful way you can imagine.

When playing Run Devil Run, you will navigate the lost guy and deal with the deadly obstacles on a dark corridor, the only light of you is the flashlight which easily runs out its battery. You need to run as fast as you can and collect the battery in order to escape. If you unluckily encounter any obstacle, you will have to take quick action by tapping the screen at the right time. At the end of every level, you will face the most dangerous creature of them all and you have to fight it at all cost to escape from electric shock.
