The My Fat App succeeds in providing different types of recipes for the user to pick based on their body type. The app calculates the body type based off their BMI. From the results the user is able to change the tabs to a their body type tab to reveal food recipes that fit their category. Foods are picked based off of the best recommendation per serving and calorie count is given into consideration when the list was made. The food also provides a step by step and ingredient list to gather all the materials to start the cooking process.
