The exciting and innovative Lombard Assist mobile app will enhance member's experience with Lombard Insurance. There are several exciting functions, packaged into a very smart little app to ensure client service excellence!

1. Seamless access to all value-added services including detailed information of the product cover.

2. A built-in panic button to push in case of a roadside emergency. The panic button will send an alert into the call centre to “call back” the member and arrange immediate assistance

3. The ability to lodge a claim notification of incident for motor to expedite a claim with step-by-step assistance on the app. Members will also be prompted to take the required photo evidence at the scene and these photos will be date and time stamped to keep a proper audit trail and enable Lombard to expedite the processing of the claim.

4. The app has a built-in accident manager to assist the member to capture all the relevant information at the scene of the incident. This includes capturing third party details through the vehicle licence disk and driver’s licence disk scanning functionality, witness details, road conditions, geo-location, photos of the scene and more.

5. Secure registration process with One Time Pin sent to Phone and integrated database lookup to ensure the process is seamless.

7. Document Vault – Member’s can capture a photo on any new assets that have been acquired as well as upload the receipt. Member’s can keep a copy of their ID/passport or any other personal documentation.

8. Actionable Push Notifications (APN) – push notifications for reminders and events scheduled in the Document Vault
