Eworxs The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act(TCJA) of 2017 introduced the Qualified Business Income(QBI) Deduction, this generally allows the deduction of 20% of QBI for pass through entities such as Sole proprietors, Partnerships and S Corporations. With this new law, employees are opting to change their work classification to independent contractors.
