The Workout Pain is for those seeking information and guidance on training muscles and joints where you experience slight pain. The app contains information on pain and videos with exercise exercises, where you are guided by a physical therapist. The app helps you get an overview of when you performed the workouts, and allows you to keep track of how your physical activity is affecting your pain.

The Workout Pain is developed for people of working age. If you are unsure whether you can do the exercises on your own or how to do the exercises, you can contact your doctor or physiotherapist. The app is not a treatment tool or drug and the app is used at your own risk.
