Do you want to take up a job or start an apprenticeship in Germany?

The linguistic and cultural challenges as an immigrant are diverse - at work same as in everyday life. Our integration course therefore gives you precious information on how to master these challenges. The course will give you tips about life in Germany, what you have to consider as an employee or tenant, what to notice by disposing rubbish, what to think about when using public transport or how to get the recognition of your foreign certificates. But also political and legal issues such as German constitution, equality or religious freedom are explained in detail. At the same time, you will learn important language terms and useful words for your work or training which enables you to pass the final exams.

The learning method

Digitized education increases the effectiveness and sustainability of training courses. In addition to already successfully established training channels, the VIDACTA mobile app provides training where practice begins. It offers learning content where it is needed. In small bites for in between. Always and everywhere. Short, flexible and modular.

The mobile learning concept allows flexibility in terms of time and space and enables a self-controlled and individualized learning experience. The content is presented in short and compact flashcards and videos that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. In addition, learning progress can be observed and learning impulses can be set where they are necessary. A final test makes the learning success visible and shows where possible deficits lie and where, if necessary, a repetition would be useful.

The strategy - this is how learning works today

The VIDACTA Campus App uses the micro-training method for digital knowledge transfer. The essence of a wide variety of knowledge is prepared in compact form and deepened through short and active learning steps. An algorithm is used so the questions should be answered in random order. If a question is answered incorrectly, it will come back later - until it is answered correctly three times in a row in the learning unit.

In addition to this, there is level learning offered, in which the questions are divided into three levels by the system and asked at random. There is a break between the individual levels in order to save the content in the best possible way. This is necessary to achieve a brain-friendly and sustainable acquisition of knowledge.

Learning stimuli through quizzes and learning duels

The playful approach to learn is implemented through the possibility of quiz duels. Learners can challenge each other to get the title “Knowledge Queen” or “Knowledge King”.
