The intended audience of this app are Schaeffler Group employees to provide constructive feedback for specific events, meetings and workshops . The participants/Organizers will receive this feedbacks privately (one-to-one) with the purpose of enhancing their skills.
Users will be able to use their personal device to provide constructive feedback to event participants, answering two basic questions:
- What the person did well?
- Where the person can improve?
