It is how the Army thinks about formations. It is how the Army thinks about conducting operations. It is instant access to Army Doctrine in the hands of every Soldier.
The app was created in partnership between Army Doctrine Proponency Division Combined Arms Doctrine Directorate and TRADOC Program Office Mobile Team.
