- TRAINING: information about the exercises, loads, repetitions, execution tips and training expiration date;

- AGENDA: check-in, check the schedule, reserve a place in the room and, if the class you want is full, join the waiting list and be notified as soon as there is a vacancy available! There's more: can't make it to training? Cancel the booking directly through the Surf Center.

- PLANS: you no longer need to go personally to renew plans or buy new services. With Surf Center you can do everything through the app! The technology is 100% secure and will help you save time.

- NOTIFICATIONS: Surf Center notifies you of your next activities or if someone has sent you a message, so you don't run the risk of missing any more classes or that important message!

In addition to all this: consult your physical assessment, track maturities and your financial history.
