Surah Jinn-Surat jinn-Surah Al-Jinn

Surah Jinn is the 72nd Surah of Holy Quran. This Surah was revealed back in Mecca, around 2 B.H. It comprises of 28 Ayat and is merely based on the chapter of Jinn and revolves around their existence in this world.

Similar to Angels, Jinn is also spiritual beings who are created by Allah Almighty and are invisible to human eye. In Holy Quran, it is narrated that Jinn is created from a smokeless fire in more than one instance.

Surah Jinn is also known for providing protection from all sorts of evil actions, evil eye, and wrong intentions of people. It has been said that those who recite Surah Jinn will never face poverty or starvation. Victory in the confrontation will be on your side if you recite this Surah frequently. Safety from Jinn and safety of wealth and other valuables is also guaranteed when you recite this Surah. Debts are also paid off if you have a habit of reciting this Surah.

It is narrated from the Noble Imam Sadiq (as) as saying:

One who recites Surah al-Jinn many a time will never suffer from the evil eye, magic, and ploys of the Jinn and magicians but will accompany Muhammad (S). O Lord! I believe in none besides him and I will never turn toward anyone but him.
