Seaport no background

Removes the Seaport game from the background apps

Having Seaport run in the backround may break the in-game ads feature, forcing a player to manually kill the app and restart it to restore full functionnality.

This tool makes sure that Seaport doesn't run more than 15 minutes in the background, so that its next start is a fresh one.

Usage: just tap the app icon once. Nothing more. It schedules itself to run periodically, silently, with no impact on the battery.

It doesn't open any user interface, as none is needed.
