Everything was fine until yesterday, it just says it's connecting and doesn't allow me to do anything, I uninstalled the app several times in order to see what's the problem but nothing changed, if you know how to fix this please tell me.

Currently downloading the app and i hope it works on huawei. I'm gonna give it five stars if it really works on my phone model...

It's just that i'm not sure if this will work since a lot of people compares it to whatsapp. Whatsapp doesn't work on my phone model so i hope telegram works this time...

  WhatsApp likely doesn't work becaude you don't have Android/google services.
  
  There is an app called Gspace that you can use to open apps that require google services.
  
  I'm on Hauwei Nova Y70. And am using Gspace to access an abundance of apps that require googleservices, including Whatsapp.
  
  (you have to clone the app you want to use with Gspace first before being able to open said app)
