Depending on yr country or region (I don't know for % sure ) but like Need for Speed Most Wanted here in the US we had to buy it but over on the other side of the pond in the UK it's free .

  I forgot there is no license to this game it's not a Premium or Personal style app such as fx file manager you get the basic settings but need to buy a "license" to access "root access" settings.
