Why doesn't the game start? When I open it, after the white home screen, a totally black screen comes out, surrounded by two blue stripes. And it doesn't go any further. I have a Huawei Y6s.

If I remember correctly when you start the game and that screen appears the game asks you permission to use your personal storage space in order to download the remaining data. If the request doesn't appear, you should try to touch the screen. (Sorry if my explanation seems unclear, I am not a native English speaker)
