The Rapid Response Retainer mobile application is intended for existing VTRAC (Verizon Threat Research Advisory Center) business Customers only. The app provides VTRAC Customers the ability to quickly create and manage new professional services engagements.

Features include:

• Creating new VTRAC professional services engagement requests

• Viewing forms available to engage with VTRAC professional services

• Easily contacting the Verizon professional services member assigned to you

• Viewing and managing all existing Verizon Rapid Response Retainer professional service engagements for your organization
