r_keeper MobileWaiter is an application for waiters, a modern replacement for paper notebooks that allows you to take orders quickly and take into account the wishes of the guest.

Significantly reduces the time for taking an order, increasing the increase in restaurant turnover by more than 10% during peak hours.

The terminal works via WiFi and is ideal for summer areas of restaurants or halls where it is not rational to install a stationary terminal.

How it works?

The "Mobile Waiter" application works on the principle of "paging", thereby allowing the guest to call the waiter using the button located on the table, and is also used to send short messages to the waiter from other restaurant employees.

There is also an extended version of the r_keeper MobileWaiter application with additional functions for the restaurant manager: changing the number of guests at the table, closing an empty order, deleting a dish from a saved order or transferring it to another order, etc.

The Mobile Manager solution allows you to avoid unproductive time losses, such as deletions, transfers, which happen daily and require a manager to be called to a fixed station to perform a particular operation.
