QD Inspection is a program for inspecting the quality score of construction work

Frasers Property (Thailand) Company Limited has a policy to enhance the quality of construction work by using inspection and quality scoring as the primary standards. Previously, inspections, reporting of inspection results, and quality scoring were primarily conducted by inspectors, which was time-consuming and prone to human error.

To address this, the QD Inspection program has been developed to improve the quality of operations, making them more efficient, faster, and accurate. This enhancement will not only increase the capabilities of the QD department but also benefit the company by improving work efficiency and effectively managing personnel costs.
