Why not use the app to track your protein intake and keep track of whether you are getting enough?

With this app, you can easily manage your daily protein intake by simply entering "Food Name," “Intake,” and “Intake time" and tapping the "Add" button.

In the Chart screen, you can check the weekly, monthly, and yearly protein intake. This is useful for reviewing your daily intake.

If you forget to keep a record of your protein intake, you can also add past records from the Calendar screen.
