- Users can post real estate and space details inside their property on the message board to advertise.

- Users can enable individual advertising of real estate space through smart contract to deal directly with their customers.

2. Your Real Estate

- Users can create properties and manage information according to their lists.

- Users can manage real estate business or real estate space details through smart contract.

- Users can set the cost of brokerage commission % for real estate or space inside real estate for carrier to execute sales for themselves.

3. Transactions

- Smart Covenants are used to enable transactions between users.

- Self-selected smart contract authorizes carrier to execute activation for transaction purposes between landlord and tenant.

- Smart Covenant, when activated, will work in real time and transparently disclose all obligations in the transaction execution process.

4. Carrier

- The facilitator to support and execute the transaction has been selected according to Smartechome's standards.
