All Lilith is doing is continually nerfing any esper that the comunnity finds that is good, even the free one that they give to everyone. And when they nerf the esper they don't provide any compensatino for resources used on said unit so now you can't effective build a replacement. Worst of all is occasionally they nerf aspects of the game and don't put it in any sort of patch notes and then we just find it later.
