Understanding is the first step to progress: We lock the apps you selected to secure, so nobody except YOU can unlock them and view data inside. We also detect when anyone tries to turn off the device and we interrupt his action with an authentication screen. When theft is detected, theft mode is activated. Theft Mode blocks anyone from interacting with the device screen and its location will be sent to You.

Here are the key features Phonee provides:

— Theft Detection

The core function of our application. When anyone tries to change system options (like turning off mobile data) or shutting down the device, a non-dismissable lock screen will be shown, and after X amount of time with no correct password entered. Theft mode will be Activated!

— App Lock

You select the apps you want to secure, and we lock them with your fingerprint or pass code. Simple!

— Theft Mode

Theft mode turns your phone non-usable except when you unlock it. When theft is detected, a screen will be shown containing the device owner number so if anyone found it, he can call you on this number.

— Get your Device Location

In theft mode, you can navigate to your device with maps by logging in to track your stolen device section.

— Play Sound

In theft mode, you can perform some actions, for example: you can request to play a sound at full volume from the device speaker, even if your device is on silent so you can hear it when you are steps away.

— Talk to the Thief

In theft mode, you can request to send a record of yours to play it on your stolen device at full volume from the device speaker, even if your device is on silent.

- Get Device Info

If theft mode is activated, you can request to see current phone information like network status, battery status, last app opened and more.

Permissions Notice

• Location: Needed to show your device’s current location on the map

• Get all Apps: Needed to access all apps on the device to select apps you want to lock.

• Use Biometric: Needed to unlock Phonee lock screen with fingerprint if available.

• Write System Settings: Needed to change device brightness when stolen in order to make it online for as long as possible.

• Record Audio: Needed to make the user can record audio to play it on the stolen device.

• Read External Storage: Needed to read recorded audio files sent by tracker in order to play them when requested in theft mode.

• Write External Storage: Needed to save recorded audio in external storage.

This app requests Accessibility services when starting the service. Accessibility is used to block the device, detect opening a secured app, detect system UI and to lock the device.

This app needs Device Administrator permission.

This app uses Accessibility services.

There is no ads in this app.
