OWA MIND: meditation sessions to improve your emotional well-being and empower yourself at the time of delivery
OWA EXPRÉSS: sessions of 20 min. for the days when you are more tight on time.
OWA BASICS: educational sessions on how to do the exercises properly so that you not only train hard, but train well.
MEDITATION: OWApp is much more than a training application, OWApp includes short meditations of between 5, 10 and 20 minutes.
MOBILITY SESSIONS TO RELIEVE ANNOYANCE: To alleviate the discomfort of pregnancy (lumbar, sciatica, rib cage, pubis), OWA Mobility. Sessions of about 10-20 min. to do anywhere for instant relief.
THE MOTIVATION YOU NEED: To achieve your goals you need motivation and to be motivated you need reasons. That is why, on a weekly basis, OWApp sends you notifications to remind you that you have to train, as well as pass you rigorous information to charge you with the reasons for doing it.
