Orchestra Connect Agent is a mobile solution used with Qmatic’s customer journey

Empower your mobile workforce, create better first impressions and personalized customer experiences with smart business apps from Qmatic. Orchestra Connect Agent enables staff to serve and attend to customers more directly and relationally by meeting them on the service floor instead of behind a counter.

Orchestra Connect Agent provides staff with status about waiting customers, customers currently being served, and notifications on upcoming visits and appointments. The app allows staff to call and serve customers, transfer customers to other queues and staff members, remove visits, record results of the visit for later analysis, etcetera.
