Kicking off on August 9, 2024, and lasting a day, the Discovery Derby competition necessitates players to land on the Railroad squares to collect Discovery Derby Tokens by partaking in either Shutdown or Bank Heist mini-games. Coinciding with the Partners Racers event, it also contributes Pickaxe tokens.

Regarding Heist Tokens, a Small Bank Heist garners four Tokens, a Large Heist presents six Tokens whereas a Bankrupt results in eight Tokens. As for Shutdown Tokens, a Blocked shutdown awards two Tokens, and a Successful shutdown bestows four Tokens. It is advisable to utilize the multiplier to garner additional tokens.
