Trial Chambers

The Trial Chambers are the main focus of Minecraft 1.21 Tricky Trails update:

You can discover them underground below Y-level zero.
They feature new Tuff and Copper block types, and most importantly, they include special spawners that unleash waves of enemies for you to conquer.
By overcoming these challenges, you can earn loot, including a vault key that unlocks a vault block filled with even more rewards.

An upgraded version of the Blaze mob.
These creatures navigate the map effortlessly, accompanied by swirling gusts of wind.
Defeating them yields Breeze Rods used for crafting the mace.

Encountered in both trial chambers and Overworld swamps

New Weaponry

Smash, smash, smash! The longer your fall, the stronger the smash effects you will perform!
Crafted from a Breeze Rod and a Heavy Core, obtained exclusively from Ominous Vaults, Mace offers a unique combat experience.
It inflicts more damage based on the distance fallen from above your target and can be enchanted with abilities that enhance attack combinations and prevent fall damage.

New Enchantments

Three new enchantments specifically tailored for your powerful new weapon "Mace":

Breach 1-4: This enchantment reduces the effectiveness of armor on the target by 15% per level.
Density 1-5: It enhances the damage dealt per block fallen when wielding a Mace by 0.5 hearts per level.
Wind Burst 1-3: Upon executing the Mace's smash attack, this enchantment emits a wind burst, propelling the user upwards.

Minecraft Dense Enchantment

New Potion Effects

Players can now utilize several new craftable potion effects that can also affect mobs in Trial Chambers:

Oozing: Upon death, an Oozing mob or player will spawn two Slimes.
Infested: An Infested entity has a 10% chance to spawn 1-2 Silverfish when injured.
Weaving: Upon death, a Weaved mob or player generates 2-3 cobwebs and gains the ability to move through cobwebs faster.

Wind Charged: A Wind Charged entity creates a wind burst effect upon demise.

Minecraft new potions

The Crafter

This new item, 'The Crafter,' empowers players to establish a standard 3x3 crafting recipe and automatically craft it upon receiving a Redstone signal.
It can be supplied with items via Hoppers and Droppers, allowing for intricate chains of automated crafting mechanisms.

New Block Variants and Paintings

Tuff and Copper now feature additional variants offering increased crafting possibilities.

Tuff can now be crafted into Bricks, Polished blocks, Stairs, Slabs, and Walls.
Copper can be fashioned into Bulbs, Doors, Grates, and Trapdoors.

Additionally, 20 new paintings have been introduced, ranging in size from 1x1 to 4x4.
