EA And Nexon Has Confirmed FC Mobile Will Release in South Korea & Japan This September
During a recent FC Mobile showcase video by Nexon, it was disclosed that EA Sports FC Mobile intends to maintain its tradition of providing an authentic gaming experience in Korea and Japan, just like the global version. The game will feature EA's extensive licensing portfolio consisting of over 19,000 players, 700 teams, 100 venues, and 30 leagues. Additionally, fully licensed football leagues such as UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, and UEFA Europa Conference League will be included.
In addition, FC Mobile Korea and Japan have made a commitment to focus on the skills and physical impacts of players during the game. They will be incorporating True Player Personality, a feature recently introduced in the FC Mobile beta version. Furthermore, the developers aim to highlight how users can effortlessly plan their defensive strategies while playing.
The upcoming FIFA Mobile game will feature new Impact Controls and an Elite Shooting System, as well as dynamic Camera angles that enhance the realism of your gameplay experience. Unlike previous versions, this year's edition will have a universal cover star instead of Heung-min Son for FIFA Mobile Korea. The Real Madrid player Vinícius Júnior has been chosen to represent FC Mobile worldwide on the game's cover.
Nexon and EA are planning to launch EA Sports FC Mobile in South Korea and Japan in September 2023. The game's global release is expected around the same time as its console counterpart, EA Sports FC 24, which will go worldwide on September 29, 2023. FIFA Mobile Korea and Japan were released in 2020 and have been thriving in the Asian mobile gaming market for three years already. Since the 2022 World Cup, their player base has more than doubled. As for FC Mobile, it has recently begun beta testing in Australia, Canada, Malaysia, and Romania.
