Dim your screen below the device minimum.

At times the device screen brightness is still high despite dimming it to the device's minimum. This application is quite useful in such situations. A black screen filter is laid over the entire screen to filter out the excess brightness. If blue light is an issue, especially at night, a red filter can be used. In addition, when a custom-colored filter is required, one can use a filter whose color is determined by the AARRGGBB color system.
