Mized is Sweden's first complete digital training tool where you can plan, implement and register your training. Mized is an app for training, with ready-made training programs for different goals and at different levels. The programs are structured with progression, which means that your training with Mized will be controlled and varied with a focus on developing your abilities within the chosen training area. In Mized, new programs will be added all the time, so when you are done with a goal, you can easily take on new challenges or areas of development.
