MyIBDcoach is a secure and personal e-health tool, specially developed for people with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. MyIBDcoach is offered to you by the hospital where you are being treated. MyIBDcoach helps patients learn more about inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). The app also learns what you can do to manage your condition. MyIBDcoach is a treatment aid.

With my IBDcoach you manage your care plan together with your own IBD nurse and MDL doctor. With the emphasis on together. Together you keep track of how the treatment is progressing. You will also follow the agreements that are made about goals that you want to achieve together with your practitioner.

The data you enter provides your practitioner with information about disease activity and about your lifestyle and how you feel about it. This gives you an insight into what it is like to live with IBD. This remote contact saves you and your practitioner time. For example, you don't have to go to the hospital as much. And if you sit in the consulting room opposite your practitioner, he or she is already quite informed!

To log in you will receive a username and password from your practitioner. With these login details you can get started right away. The security of the data is of course guaranteed. We work in a secure environment in accordance with the AVG legislation and regulations
