What is luciba?

- Luciba application serves all photographers and users in choosing the right photographer for their events, whether it is photography for (product photography, conference photography, event photography, portrait photography, aerial photography, architectural photography, sports photography)

- Luciba application brings together the creativity of photographers from all over the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in one place

Photographers are served in:

Publish photographic equipment through the application, publish their work and models of their photography and reach their audience with ease.

The photographer can choose the cities he can go to and shoot in. He can show professional shots and samples of his work

The user can chat with the photographer and coordinate the day and time through the conversations in the application.

To register with luciba, the user must enter the following data:

The mobile number used.

The email used.

Username.

User password.

Confirm the user password.

user city.

To agree to the user terms and conditions.

To register with the luciba application, the photographer must enter the following data:

Photographer's mobile number.

Photographer's email.

Photographer's name.

Photographer's password.

Confirm the password for the photographer.

The city of the photographer.

Determining the type of photography, whether (product photography, conference photography, event photography, portraiture, aerial photography, architectural photography, sports photography).

Agree to the terms and conditions of the photographer.

The use of the luciba application is according to the application rules:

The photographer and the client's use of the contracting platform in the application (luciba) and the conclusion of contracts between them obligates both to agree to the following

First: Acceptance and commitment to the terms and conditions of the contract concluded between them.

Second: that luciba has the right to bind one or both of the parties to what is stipulated in the contract.

Third: Accepting and complying with any modifications made by Luciba in the terms and conditions of the contract.

Fourth: Accepting the general conditions for using the Luciba application, which may be modified as Luciba deems appropriate.

Both the Photographer and the Customer represent and warrant to the other party and (Luciba) that:

First: That he is legally entitled to contract with any other party.

Second: He has the full authority to make the contract.

Third: That he has all the approvals, licenses, rights and authorizations necessary to conclude and implement the contract with the other party.

Fourth: By contracting with the other party and carrying out its obligations, he does not commit anything that is illegal or inconsistent with his legal responsibilities towards other parties.

Both Photographer and Customer represent and warrant to the other party and to Luciba that all information about the names, descriptions and contact information used in the Contract is true and true.

In the event of a breach by a photographer or the client of any of the undertakings required of them or the data provided by them, the injured party shall have the right to file a complaint against the person representing the violating party.

Both the photographer and the client agree and accept that the (luciba) electronic application is an electronic application provider only, as it provides a mechanism that enables the photographer and the client to negotiate and conclude contracts, and also provides the means for the client to make the payment due to the photographer as stipulated in the contract. (Luciba) is not an agent for any of the parties, and is not considered a client of the photographer, and (Luciba) is not responsible for any service provided by the photographer to the client, and (Luciba) does not bear the slightest responsibility towards any of the parties to the contract to implement any obligations on the other party under the contract except for the obligation to perform as specifically required of (luciba) under the contract.

In the event that any person, whether a party to the contract or otherwise, takes any action or complaint against (luciba) as a party to the contract or as a result of the performance or non-performance of the obligations of the contract (including any legal or criminal claim or action made by any party against Luciba The Customer and the Photographer agree to indemnify and hold Luciba from all expenses, costs, losses and damages arising from any such action or complaint (including any litigation expenses incurred by Luciba) for which the Customer and Photographer shall be jointly liable for such compensation And each separately.

Luciba has the right to charge him a fee of 2.5% of the value of the contract or any other amount he may charge from time to time, and this is a treaty concluded between the photographer and (Luciba)

After concluding the contract and starting to implement its terms, the photographer must carry out the required services and in return the customer must pay the agreed amount.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Contract, including any question of its existence, legality and termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Ministry of Justice of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
