Sarahah enables people to receive honest and constructive feedback from family, friends, and colleagues. The platform provides a safe environment for people to share feedback in private without the stress and difficulty of sharing feedback face to face or through public channels.

As the safety of our users is paramount to us, we have taken multiple measures to protect our users. In specific, Sarahah now:

- filters user-generated content using an advanced AI-based text moderation engine

- has enhanced content moderation through its internal filtration engine.

- keeps users accounts private by default; when users sign up, they don’t appear in the Sarahah search engine unless they opt-in.

- enables users to choose to receive sarahahs from anybody, logged-in users, or no one at all.
