To be the best you must have patience and concentration, you should make big operations to cure the toughest injuries and you'll have to be sure to leave the sick people in perfect condition. You will have a timer to complete successfully the operation, otherwise you don't get it you'll lose the game and you'll be forced to start over. To perform all operations you'll have to do different actions:

- Cleanse the wound and apply disinfectant
