*****
eSchoolApp is a state of the art school management ecosystem consisting of a comprehensive desktop based ERP and numerous mobile apps for use of parents, teachers and the school administration. It helps the school manage complex functions such as fees, results, attendance, library, stock, timetable, staff, salary, notifications, scholar, documents, transport, online examination, hostel, etc. The eSchoolApp is a revolutionary mobile/tablet communication tool between a school, its students and their parents which helps keep the parents informed, happy and impressed.
eSchoolApp Helper app at this time primarily helps the school with the following tasks :
1. Easily and very quickly click photos of students and staff and send the photos to the eSchool ERP. Identify students or staff not having photos in the system.
2. Associate NFC cards with students and staff. Identify students not having associated NFC cards.
3. Mark student and staff attendance via NFC card tap. Automatically inform parents via the parents app about the in-time and out-time of their ward, along with absence if the case may be.
All the tasks are handled in a secure manner to avoid teachers or students using their
android device to mark attendance from outside the school.
* NFC enabled android phone is required for some of the functionalities to work
