Very light weight app with simple UI. You can control(shutdown/sleep) your PC from a phone connected to your local network.
This application requires a NodeJS package to be installed in your PC. To install NodeJS go to: 'https://nodejs.org/' and then install the beautifully written package by @typicode at: 'https://github.com/typicode/stop-server'. The instructions are given in the corresponding websites.
After installing Control PC, just enter the IP of your server where nodeJS server is running and you are good to go.
