Autotrend Motor Services have been trading for over 30 years to ensure your vehicle is serviced and repaired to a high standard offering excellent value and quality of work to all existing and new customers.

We are based in Chatham, Kent and are probably one the largest repair & MOT garages in the Medway towns we have 7 fully operation vehicle ramps including a large vehicle ramp, 2 MOT testing lanes, A workshop pit for long wheel based high top light commercial vehicles. We currently employ 4 full time fully qualified mechanics and 3 full time MOT testers.

We carry out MOT tests 6 days a week with 2 testing lanes and 3 full time MOT testers we can be extremely flexible and normally fit you in at the perfect time to suit you, we normally have same day appointments available just be sure to call us to book it in first. We carry out both Class V (4) & Class VII (7) tests. Our MOT test will always come with a FREE retest regardless if the work is carried out here or not but we aim to offer the best services and prices when quoting for your needs.

We carry out high quality vehicle servicing, that now due to block exemption will not invalidate your manufacturers warranty, previously motorists were required to have their vehicle serviced and repaired at the 'main dealer' to maintain their warranty.

New laws are now in place and the EC Block Exemption Regulation

1400/2002 (October 2003) allows motorists more flexibility in choosing who they wish to service and repair their vehicle. Thanks to this legislation maintenance and service work no longer has to be carried out by the main dealer. Providing the garage use Original Equipment (Matching Quality) parts which can be proven and records kept and that the garage follow the manufacturer's service schedules. The Block Exemption Regulation (BER) covers service and maintenance during the warranty period and prohibits vehicle manufacturers warranties from including conditions that require all normal vehicle maintenance be carried out by them and all parts used must be original from the manufacturer.

Therefore we can provide customers up to a 60% saving on their car service and repair.

* We also keep wiper blades & bulbs in stock and can fit them while you wait at very competitive prices.

* We offer advanced vehicle diagnostics and have high quality equipment on site.

* Air conditioning servicing & maintenance available with our Air Con service for just £39.99.

* Laser 4 wheel alignment (Tracking).

* We will cover pretty much any repair work from brake pads & clutches up to complete engines and are able to quote for most work just give us a call.

* We carry out welding repair work here at the garage but you will need to pop in and see us for a free quote.

* Collection & delivery service when available.

* We have a fleet of 6 courtesy vehicles at the garage including a ford transit van for our trade customers which are FREE to loan when your vehicle is booked in for any work (Must be booked in advance).
