Kia CarPay

This is Kia Motors' new simple payment service that enables convenient payment without a physical card at affiliated stores through a navigation screen.

With Kia CarPay, you can easily pay for gas and parking fees in your vehicle.

It is an application that supports Kia CarPay, which allows you to conveniently pay for fuel and parking affiliated stores without a physical card through the in-vehicle navigation screen.

[Introduction of Kia CarPay]

1. Simple payment at gas stations

- When you arrive at an affiliated gas station, you can order (select oil type, amount/volume) and pay at once through the navigation screen.

2. Simple payment for parking lot

- In an affiliated parking lot, if you start the car when you leave, you can check the parking fee through the navigation screen and pay at once.

[App main features]

To use the Kia CarPay service, complete the initial settings below in the application. After completing the initial setup, you can pay with Kia CarPay in the vehicle.

1. Card registration

- Register a credit/debit card in your name to pay with Kia CarPay.

2. Select payment vehicle

- Select the payment vehicle to use Kia CarPay.

※ You can select a vehicle that has been connected in the Kia Connect app as a payment vehicle.

- To select a payment vehicle, proceed in the order below.

① Home of Kia CarPay app → Select [Select payment vehicle] button

② If you did not enter the vehicle registration information for the first time, register the vehicle registration information

- You can only select one payment vehicle.

3. Redeem/Earn Points

- When paying with Kia CarPay, select the membership you want to use and earn.

- Set up point use/accumulation as follows.

① Kia CarPay app [Menu] → Select the [+] button on the right of the membership to register and proceed

② After registration is complete, select [Menu] → [Point Use Settings]

③ After setting points for each location, select [Set Points to Use] at the bottom

④ Select the membership checkbox to use on the navigation screen during payment

4. Usage report and payment history

- Provides an integrated report so that you can view and manage payments made with Kia CarPay at a glance.

※ Notice

- Kia CarPay can be used on the Kia Members website (https://members.kia.com) for available models, smartphone models, and affiliated cards.

- You can sign up for Kia CarPay after completing the Kia Motors integrated account membership and Kia Connect service connection.
