Have you tried to get the googleapps.zip file to install on your phone?
For directions how to install, search HOW TO INSTALL GOOGLE APPS ON MY ....... ANDROID # PHONE that should work!

If you don't have Google services installed you won't be able to install it, but if you Root your phone or change the bootloader you maybe able.
Ask a friend that knows should help.
