忍耐力を伸ばす方法についての簡単なガイド
There are many reasons why developing patience is good for you. Patience can help you live longer and enjoy life more. Here are five reasons why it is important to exercise patience.
Better decision-making. When you exercise patience you make better decisions. Waiting and analyzing the situation allows for better decision-making. Whereas, impatience often leads to poor decisions made in haste. Patience allows you to look at the big picture instead of focusing solely on the present.
Better understanding. Using patience when dealing with people allows you to effectively communicate and deal others in a positive way by understanding their perspectives, ideals, backgrounds, and attitudes. Again, impatience leads to making judgmental decisions regarding people and selfishly focusing on you.
Better health. There is no doubt that being patient means less stress, anger, and frustration. This, in turn, means your health will be affected in a good way. We all know stress can lead to a number of health issues and that being impatient can lead to stress. When your emotions get the best of you, it usually affects your health in a negative way.
Better growth. Using patience means allowing situations and people to help us mature in a way only solving problems can. Patience also helps us to wait for things that are worthwhile and to organize your time. Patience allows us to make wise decisions because we wait for the right time and right circumstances.
Better outlook. Waiting to make the right decision will usually mean making the right decision on your future. Impatient people make decisions for the present. But patient people make decisions for the future based on past, present, and future choices and information.
To ensure these benefits help you develop patience, take time to slow down and consider your choices before you make a decision. It may seem like a waste of time, especially if you are confronted with what seems like a golden opportunity you cannot pass up. Practice delaying gratification. That's a difficult one in the culture we live in, but it is crucial when developing patience. Practice patience. Make it a definite goal to achieve over a period of time. Lastly, practice persistence by setting a goal. Many people make a New Year's resolution only to abandon the goal a month later. Sticking with your goal develops patience and persistence. It helps you wait, make wise decisions, and delay instant gratification.
